Will McCullough grew up in San Antonio, Texas, and is a graduate of Rice University in Houston. Will and his family fell in love with Aspen and its active lifestyle over many years of vacations, and that passion inspired them to move to the Roaring Fork Valley full time. Will brought his entrepreneurial spirit to the world of Aspen real estate, becoming a Realtor®® in 2016. His hard work and charisma have helped Will’s reputation as a qualified Realtor® quickly rise. 
 
Will prides himself on giving his clients the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the state of the market, comparable sales, and property values, giving them a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s market. His extensive business background in both real estate and management serves as an asset to his residential real estate clients. He works throughout the Roaring Fork Valley and specializes in luxury residential real estate, as well as commercial sales.
 
Will has prior work experience with Merrill Lynch in downtown Houston. He spent many years in commercial mortgage banking, which gave him a vast knowledge of the commercial real estate business. Prior to joining Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty, Will served as COO of a large group of automobile dealerships in the Texas Rio Grande Valley.
 
Will is an active member of the community and has served on the board of directors for the Aspen Board of Realtors®, the Aspen Country Day School, and Alpine Legal Services.
 
Will and his wife, Kristin, live in the Five Trees area of Aspen Highlands with their four children and three dogs. They enjoy skiing, hiking, and biking as often as possible.
